I hope everyone is doing well! It was an awesome weekend with my in laws, as we celebrated my brother-in-law's birthday and Mother's Day. There is nothing like great food and a great family!
I cannot believe we are looking at less than a week and a half before our school year officially ends. Do not be mistaken, we are on a mission to finish the 2016-17 School Year STRONG! As we have a lot of ground to cover in the next 7 days, be sure to pay close attention to the details below:

Important Parent Meeting:
Begin Planning for Your Child to Go To College Now!
On 5/17 at 6:30pm in our gym, Todd Hawkins, First Knox Representative, will be meeting with our parents to begin their investment and savings process for their child’s college education or advanced training after High School Graduation.
*All children of parents that attend this information session will receive an ice cream sandwich the next day at school for their parent’s attendance.
KDG Registration & Immunizations-Update-5/22
Due to vaccine ordering changing at the Knox County Health Department. We are unable to offer immunization at this year's Kindergarten Registration. However, clinics will be offered this summer, fall, and at next year's registration. I apologize about the inconvenience!
Nevertheless, we are looking forward to meeting you and our new Kindergarten Students!
Reminder: Volunteers Needed-Outdoor Learning Pavilion & Playground Installation
Outdoor Learning Pavilion: I am in the process of getting more specific dates:-May 28th (8am to 8pm) and May 29th (1-6pm):
*We are looking for volunteers to help with the staining of this lumber. *
