Good morning!

I am certain that each of us knows someone that has either served or is serving our country in the Armed Forces and/or with a Public Safety Agency.  Over this Memorial Day weekend, be sure to take a moment and thank these individuals for their service and dedication. Without those individuals, we would not be able to enjoy our children and lives like we do.  On behalf of Columbia Elementary, we want to thank and salute each of them!

As we close out this school year, our last week is full of activities.  Please see a list of these activities below:

-School fees and library fines are due.  If you have a remaining balance, we are not going to be able to give you your child's report card.

-5/26-K-5 Student of the Month-Pizza Party during lunch

-5/26-K-2 4th Quarter Reward-Movie and Popcorn at 2pm in Gym

-5/26-5/28-Camp Skeeter for Grades 1 and 2
-5/27-Talent Show for Grades 3-5-at 2:15-2:45pm-All will be watching

-5/27-Duct Tape Assembly-at 2:45

-5/28-5th Grade Graduation at 9:30am

-5/28-Water Day after lunch (1:15pm approximately)-Be sure to send a towel and an extra change of clothes with your child.

-5/29-Awards Assemblies: 9:15-10-K-2; 10-10:45-Grades 3-5

-5/29-Early Release at 1:30pm

-5/29-Last School Day for students for the 14-15 School Year.
-5/29-Grade Cards distributed with next school year's Homeroom Teacher Assignment.
-8/10-Open Enrollment Applications are finalized
